Pilots 2008 Season Review |
Despite a 10-30 record the Pilots were very competitive and 21 of 40 games played were decided by one run.
Park Smith was Mr. Everything as he hit a home run in the All-Star game as a first baseman and threw 24 innings in addition to playing the outfield.
Lex Wolfe was an All-Star pitcher and led the team in ERA (2.37) and struck out 53 in 57 innings pitched.
Joe Talerico topped the Pilots with a .366 average and 17 stolen bases.
